We have many areas under water . Here is a picture of #18 from the culvert looking back towards the Ladies' tees. We will remain closed all day Friday and we will make a decision at around 4 pm on the Men's Tournament scheduled for Saturday. Check back for details.
The relentless rainfall of the past two days has forced us to cancel the Par 3 Tournament for tomorrow. As you can see the hazard on Hole # 18 is huge and we are inundated by more than 100 geese on Hole #1 due to the large amount of surface water. We will try and get this event in over the next couple of weeks. We are hoping for the best for the Men's Club Closing on Saturday and will decide tomorrow afternoon. The rain has made it difficult to register for this tournament as the course is closed. If you would like to play call Lance at 613-633-1108 or send him a message on the Roanoke FB page and he will give you a tee time for Saturday. This is an 18 hole event with food so Friday afternoon is the deadline.
